魔灯[1]（Moodle）环境下影响学生学习动机的外部因素探析 ――以上海师范大学东行记网络课程为例

【摘要】在基于魔灯网络课程的学习中，学习的动力机制直接影响着对课程学习的质量。在对上海师范大学东行记魔灯网络课程调研的基础上，依据动机学习理论，初步探讨了教师、学习活动、学习环境等外部因素对基于魔灯网络课程学习驱动的影响，以期起到抛砖引玉的作用。【关键词】魔灯网络课程学习 动力机制 内驱力 基于魔灯网络课程的学习以自主学习为主，学生通过魔灯学习管理系统，在相对松散的环境下进行，这一特点决定了魔灯网络课程的学习在系统性、师生关系的强度方面相对传统课堂学习要弱。缺少了集体同步学习，学习动机就成了魔灯网络课程学习顺利开展及取得较高质量的保障。下面笔者根据东行记魔灯网络课程（http://www.jeast.net/moodle1）的调研，对魔灯网络课程的学习动力机制问题进行分析与总结

Effective podcasting supports collaboration and communication (Belanger, 2005), and has become a popular medium for teaching and learning in some modern schools and universities in Japan (Apple, 2008). Most often podcasts are developed by instructors to broadcast content information for their students to access at leisure. Podcasts have additionally been developed by pupils to support their learning and share with fellow learners.

Allen (1999) asserted several years ago that the use of the Internet in higher education was not an inert tool and it was reshaping the world of knowledge through its socio-technological practices. A recent survey (Kim & Bonk, 2006) emphasises that more blended learning strategies that make use of information and communications technology are on the rise and universities must be responsive to these consumer demands. Most students come to university digitally literate with expectations that universities and resources will be accessible and available and that students can stay connected through technologies such as email, SMS (short message service) and MP3, and hand held devices such as PDAs (personal digital assistants) (Sachs, 2006). As Hilton (2006) notes, students want to be able to use information from others and to use it in novel ways by remodelling, producing and publishing it in different forms. Information and communications technology (ICT) can be used strategically, therefore, to enhance the learners' participation in the intellectual and cultural life of their study (Sachs, 2006), which includes their fieldwork experience.

ICT in education

In the following I am going through the development of ICT in education in north-western Switzerland offering a possible explanation why we have such a low percentage of ICT use in schools.

Figure 1 illustrates that ICT in schools has passed through five different stages, as outlined in Buettner (1997):

•	About 25 years ago it started with the programming stage,
•	The keyboarding stage followed,
•	Afterwards the integration stage focused on methods and didactics of ICT integration,
•	The Internet brought us the communication stage, and
•	Now we deal with the cooperation stage.
